Mid size Edge Grain

The combination of colors in this board is a delight. The red tones contrasting against the bright Figured Maple is really special.

The mid-size of this makes it very easy to move from the counter to the stove to the sink while still proving ample cutting space. It has a deep juice groove on one side with deep finger grips on the ends.

All boards are twice soaked in mineral oil and finished with a hot liquid application of my Wallace Board Butter. This allows deep penetration into the wood's fibers for lasting protection.

With every purchase I include a 2 oz. tin of my food-safe oil and wax Board Butter to maintain your board plus printed directions for care.
