Black Limba End Grain Board

This is a beautiful board 15 made from Black Limba from West Africa. Black Limba has an amazing unique grain almost creating pictures on the board. Though Black Limba is one of the softer woods, one advantage is that it shows knife marks almost the least of all the woods.

This is a medium size board while large enough to handle most all carvings, it is also light enough to easily handle and clean under the faucet.

All boards are twice soaked in mineral oil and finished with a hot liquid application of my Wallace Board Butter. This allows deep penetration into the wood's fibers for lasting protection.

With every purchase I include a 2 oz. tin of my food-safe oil and wax Board Butter to maintain your board plus printed directions for care.
