Hickory End Grain with Walnut Boarder

I love the contrast of the sapwood and heartwood of the Hickory in this board.

This is a large heavy board that will take years of hard use. Hickory is a very hard wood that will take any abuse you can give it. It has a juice groove to catch meat juices or vegetables that want to roll off the board. It also has large rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding.

All boards are twice soaked in mineral oil and finished with a hot liquid application of my Wallace Board Butter. This allows deep penetration into the wood's fibers for lasting protection.

With every purchase I include a 2 oz. tin of my food-safe oil and wax Board Butter to maintain your board plus printed directions for care.
