Walnut End Grain
I love the oval designs the sapwood creates in the walnut grain in this board.
This board has a juice groove on one side to catch meat juices or vegetables that want to roll off the board. It can also be used to cut meat on one side and your vegetables or fruit on the other.
All boards are twice soaked in mineral oil and finished with a hot liquid application of my Wallace Board Butter. This allows deep penetration into the wood's fibers for lasting protection.
